At Moda Pocha, we want you to look chido and feel even better about your order. Because many of our pieces are made-to-order, our return policy depends on how your item was produced. If something’s not quite right, no te preocupes, we got you. Just read below first 👇
🔥 Made-To-Order Items (Print-On-Demand Partner)
Some Moda Pocha products are custom-made and shipped directly from our production partners.
Because these items are made specifically for you:
- We do not accept returns for sizing issues
- We do not offer exchanges
- We do not accept buyer’s remorse returns
Please double-check sizing charts before ordering.
🛑 But – if there’s an issue:
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
Incorrect
Email us within 7 days of delivery at modapocha@modapocha.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll make it right, sin drama.
🖨️ In-House Printed Items (DTF – Printed & Shipped by Moda Pocha)
Items printed and shipped directly by Moda Pocha may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Item must pass inspection once returned
Once approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us within 14 days and we’ll help you swap it.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made an oops.
🧾 How to Start a Return
Email: modapocha@modapocha.com and include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/incorrect)
We’ll send instructions faster than abuelita says “¡ponte suéter!”
🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Sale items
- Custom orders
- Limited drops
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Print-on-demand sizing issues
Items that come back damaged, worn, washed, or smelling like last night’s carne asada won’t qualify, comprende?
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are not covered unless we made an oops on our end.
We recommend using a trackable service to make sure your return doesn’t disappear into el limbo.
Something Wrong?
If your order arrived damaged, missing items, or completely off (like you ordered a tee and got a chancla), please contact us ASAP at modapocha@modapocha.com and we’ll make it right, sin drama.
